| Stichting Maastricht Art Promotion: The brand new logo for the Maastricht Art Promotion Foundation is basically a minimalist redesign. The previous logo also consisted of the letters "m" and "a" and it had a little star, the official Maastricht emblem, embedded in it. In this update, the main colours are red and white, like the municipal flag. The star is replaced by a "+", which also refers to the letter "t" from Stichting (the short reference for Stichting is "St.") and the diversity of art. The plus sign can be found all over the new website, also hidden in the blank spaces between the text blocks. | Hammerheart Records logo design: for independent record label Hammerheart Records I created logos for a number of their sub-labels. Well Of Urd: the well of Urd is, in Norse mythology, the well where time is guarded by 3 witches. In music, it stands for metal with a mystical touch. Vinyl Collectors: sub-label specialized in limited edition vinyl re-issues. Thanks to Haavard Holm from Aftermath Music for helping me retrieve the logo! |
